摘要
目前我国高校社会工作专业教育存在着与职业化不相适应的问题:人才培养目标定位不明确,专业价值理念不具有本土特色,课程体系设置缺乏科学性,实践教学环节薄弱,专业教师缺乏职业经验,这些导致学生的专业能力不强、职业能力不足,很难适应社会工作职业发展的需要。要真正实现社会工作专业的职业化,就必须改革人才培养方案、培育学生专业伦理、强化实践教学、优化专业教师队伍,构建职业化取向的社会工作专业人才培养模式。
At present, there is an occupation maladjustment problem not compatible problem in profes-sional education of social work in China colleges and universities, for example, unclear the talent training goal, lack of local characteristics in professional value idea, short of science in curriculum system, weak practical teaching connection, lack of occupation experience for professional teachers, which make the students' indifferent professional ability, insufficient occupation ability and unconformable social work occu-pation development. To achieve the professionalization of social work, we must reform the talent training scheme, cultivate students' professional ethics, strengthen practice teaching, optimize professional teachers, and construct the occupation orientation talent training mode of social work profession.
