论主题式任务链型教学模式在商务综合英语课程中的应用

On Combination of Theme-based Approach and Task-based Approach in Business Comprehensive English Course Teaching

根据主题式任务链型教学模式的特点,以《商务核心英语教程》第二册中《环境》这一单元为例,运用例证的方法研究在商务综合英语课程中此教学模式的适用性和可行性,指出主题式任务链型教学模式能有效将商务知识渗透至语言基础课教学中,为高年级的全英商务课程学习奠定基础。

Business Comprehensive English is the core course for Business English majors at lower and intermediate level. It intends to both enhance students＇ language proficiency and pave the way for their busi-ness course learning at the advanced level. While due to its emphasis on general topics, the course hasn＇t fulfilled its objectives fully. By taking the unit Environment in Core Business English Course as an example, using some examples, the paper makes a research into the applicability and the feasibility of the teaching mode in Business Comprehensive English course and argues that the theme-based and task-based language teaching approach can effectively permeate business knowledge into language elementary course learning class, making good preparation for students＇ future study.
