摘要
教师教育专业急需根据经济社会发展、基础教育课程与教学改革的需要,特别是参照中小学教师专业标准,积极构建完善、系统的教师课堂教学技能训练内容体系,从内容到形式进行一体化设计和训练。从内容来说,主要包括教学设计技能、导入技能、提问技能、讲授技能、板书技能、结课技能、课堂组织管理技能、教学媒体的选用技能、学习指导技能、教学评价技能、反思技能、说课技能、听课评课技能等;从训练方式来说,包括自主训练、微格教学等。
In order to adapt to the needs of the development of transformation, we must strengthen the cultivation of students' practical ability. It is urgent that teacher education major should actively build a per-fect content system of teachers' classroom teaching skills training according to the need of the social and eco-nomic development, the basic education curriculum and teaching reform, esp. Referring to professional standard of primary and secondary school education. The system mainly includes the following skills:teach-ing design, leading, questioning, teaching, blackboard writing, class-ending, class organization and man-agement, selection of the teaching media, learning guidance, teaching evaluation, reflection, presentation of teaching, lecture attending and evaluation of classroom-teaching, etc. And from training ways, it includes automatic training, micro-teaching, etc.
