高温自润滑复合材料的制备及其摩擦磨损性能研究

摘要 以FeCrWMoV合金粉末为金属相,TiC粉末为陶瓷相,并以TiH_2和CaCO_3为复合造孔剂,采用粉末冶金烧结法制备出金属陶瓷微孔基体。研究表明:当烧结温度为1230℃,浸渗温度为800℃时得到的高温自润滑复合材料具有良好的力学性能和自润滑性能。 Metal ceramic microporous matrix was prepared by using FeCrWMoV alloy powder for the metallic phase and TiC powders as ceramic phase , and TiH2 and CaCO3 as the composite pore-forming material . The composite was prepared by using the powder metallurgy technology . The experimental results show that the composite exhibit good mechanical property and self-lubricating property under the condition of sintering temperature at 1230℃ and infiltration temperature at 750℃.
