摘要
本文基于有限元分析理论,对干磨和湿磨两种磨削工况下的成形磨齿温度场进行了瞬态分析,并讨论了磨削区某一节点处干磨和湿磨温度随时间的变化情况。研究表明,磨齿加工过程中,齿面末端靠近齿根处温度最高,非常容易出现磨削烧伤。两种磨削工况下,磨削温度迅速升高,并且干磨温升速率大,但是湿式磨削温度和干式磨削温度下降速率几乎相同。
Based on the theory of FEA , temperature field of gear form grinding has been analyzed transiently between dry and wet grinding conditions , and the variations of dry and wet grinding temperature followed with time of a certain node in the grinding zone have been discussed . The study shows that in the process of gear-grinding machining , the highest temperature occurs at the end of the tooth surface and beside the tooth root , where grinding burn easily occurs . Under the two kinds of grinding conditions , grinding temperature rises rapidly , and dry grinding temperature rising rate is larger . However , the wet grinding and dry grinding temperature descending rates are almost the same .
