摘要
锂电池小批量生产过程中普遍存在缺少夹持力控制工序的情况,如果不对化成的电池进行夹持力控制,将会出现废品率较高的现象。针对单体锂电池的化成和测试,研制出手动的夹持、夹紧机构。本项目在对单个锂电池的化成及测试过程中使用夹具进行化成和测试,通过控制改进夹持力受力均衡、电池表面平整、夹持力的力度调整三个方面,获得最理想的锂电池化成及测试状态,从而最终实现延长锂电池使用寿命的目的。
