摘要
Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢韧性很大,热导率和弹性模量低,其机械、物理性能给磨削加工带来很大的困难,在磨削过程中会产生磨削划伤现象。在高速、高温、高压、强腐蚀等恶劣环境下,磨削划伤会导致材料疲劳寿命的下降。因此,分析磨削划伤的原因并采取相应措施很有必要。
Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel has great toughness , low thermal conductivity and low elastic modulus , and the mechanical and physical properties of the steel are very difficult to grind . In the high speed , high temperature , high pressure , strong corrosion and other harsh environment , grinding scratch will lead to the decline of fatigue life of materials . Therefore , it is necessary to analyze the reason of the grinding and to take the corresponding measures .
