摘要
该研究通过对行星差速传动机构原理及运算公式的深度分析,巧妙总结出行星差速机构的齿数配比的通用计算方法及相关公式,以使其适用于以起重机用减速机为代表的安全性较高工业减速机的工况要求。该研究方法通过建立行星差速机构的理论模型,巧妙运用转化机构的齿轮运动关系,归纳总结出广泛适用的差速机构计算方法,大大缩短了产品开发周期,提高了研发效率,从而降低了成本。
Through deeply analysis of theory and formula focus on planetary differential transmission mechanism , this research skillfully summarizes general calculation method and related formulas of planetary differential transmission mechanism teeth matching which is suitable for crane industry field . Firstly we create theoretical model , and then use the relationship of gear transmission in transformation mechanism . Finally , we conclude calculation method of planetary differential transmission mechanism which greatly reduces developing period , increases R&D efficiency and reduces cost .
