内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗广基结直肠息肉的护理观察

Nursing observation of endoscopic submucosal dissection in treatment of colorectal polyps

目的探索研究应用内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗广基结直肠息肉的临床护理方法及其产生的作用效果。方法选择我院收治的接受内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗的广基结直肠息肉患者作为研究对象并进行分组护理,对照组均实施常规护理,研究组均实施综合护理。将两组患者的治疗护理效果进行对比。结果经过对应护理后,研究组治疗总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均存在延迟性出血以及术后穿孔等并发症,经对症处理后有效缓解。研究组并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论针对接受内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗的广基结直肠息肉患者实施综合护理,可以有效提升手术治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,有利于患者预后,具有极大的推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing method and the effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of colorectal polyps. Methods Patients with colorectal polyps treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection were selected as the research object,and the control group received routine nursing,and the study group received comprehensive nursing care. The treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results After corresponding nursing, the total effective rate of the study group was 100%,significantly higher than 80% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Two groups of patients with delayed bleeding and postoperative perforation and other complications,the effective mitigation after symptomatic treatment. The complication rate in the study group was 6. 67%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）,20%（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions The implementation of comprehensive nursing care in patients with colorectal polyps treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection can effectively improve the surgical treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications,it is beneficial to the prognosis of patients,and has a great value for popularization and application.
