面向中小化工企业生产管理系统的分析与设计

Analysis and Design for Production Management System of Medium and Small Chemical Enterprises

随着国内化工企业自动化程度的提高,有越来越多的企业希望通过建设生产管理系统辅助其提高生产效率、提升产品品质、降低生产成本、确保生产安全。着重分析和阐述中小型化工企业生产管理的特点和要求,有针对性地提出建设此类生产管理系统的设计要点,为相关企业实施生产信息化提供一定的借鉴意义。

With the domestic chemical enterprises to improve tile degree ot automation,more and more enterpnses hope that through the construction of production management system to assist its to improve production efficiency,improve prod- uct quality,reduce the production cost,ensure safety in production.This paper focus on the analysis and elaboration of the characteristics and requirements of production management in small and medium sized chemical enterprises,and offer some key points for some chemical enterprises to build this kind of production management system,and hope to provide some reference significance for chemical enterprises to implement the production information.
