摘要
本研究利用^(60)Coγ射线对竹制品中的竹绿虎天牛老熟幼虫进行辐照处理,并测定其化蛹率和羽化率,观察蛹、成虫的发育情况。试验结果表明:辐照处理能使竹绿虎天牛幼虫发育迟缓;100%阻止幼虫化蛹和羽化的最低吸收剂量为60Gy;通过数据分析,推算出辐照处理后99.9968%阻止幼虫羽化的最低吸收剂量为85.7 Gy,其95%置信区间为72.7 Gy^113.0 Gy。因此,86 Gy可作为竹制品中竹绿虎天牛的辐照检疫处理推荐剂量。
Mature larva of Chlorophorus annularis in bamboo poles are irradiated by ^60 Co γ-rays. Pupation rate and enclosion rate were measured and the development of pupae and adults were also observed.The results showed that irradiation extents life cycle of mature larvae and delays their development. No adults and pupae are developed while the mature larva are irradiated at the dose of 60 Gy. The results of probit analysis indicate that the estimated dose for 99.9968% mortality of mature larvae was 85.7 Gy and its 95% confidence interval was 72.7 Gy-113.0 Gy. Therefore,86 Gy can be used as recommended dose of irradiation quarantine treatment for C. annularis in bamboo products.
