从南非啤梨上截获暗色粉蚧 被引量:2

An important mealybug Pseudococcus viburni was intercepted from South African pears

摘要 2014年7月,珠海出入境检验检疫局从南非啤梨上截获暗色粉蚧(Pseudococcus viburni(Signoret))。笔者详细介绍了该虫的地理分布、寄主范围、形态特征等。应用DNA条形码技术扩增了该虫的COI基因片段,通过Gen Bank和BOLDSYSTEMS v3数据库比对分析,结果显示,与Gen Bank上的4条暗色粉蚧序列99%以上一致,与BOLDSYSTEMS v3上的8条暗色粉蚧序列99%以上一致。 The obscure mealybug Pseudococcus viburni,a polyphagous species recorded from 296 host plants in all zoogeographical regions,is an important pest on grape plants which was intercepted from South African pears by Zhuhai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau in July 2014. In this paper we introduced the distribution,host plants,morphological characters of this pest,amplifed partial mitochondrial DNA of COI gene using DNA barcoding technique. Sequence was blasted with released data in GenBank and BOLDSYSTEMS v3 database,the results showed a more than 99% identity with four sequences of Pseudococcus viburni from Gen Bank and eight of P. viburni from BOLDSYSTEMS v3 respectively.
