摘要
设计并制作了一种新颖的扇面光束半导体激光器模块,并在模块中集成了高输出电压、高重复频率驱动电路。该模块由多个LD芯片在慢轴方向沿圆弧排列而成,采用微柱透镜和平凸柱面镜对LD快轴光束进行准直。驱动电路采用DC-DC电路产生高电压、采用门电路延迟法产生驱动电脉冲。实验测试表明:该模块峰值光功率为1 750W,光脉冲宽度为6ns,脉冲间隔为20μs,光束水平发散角为41.2°,垂直发散角为0.23°;可以实现大视场空间、低间隔时间光束发射。
A semiconductor laser module with fan-shaped beam which integrates a high output voltage and high repetition frequency drive circuit was designed.The module uses micro cylindrical lens and convex cylindrical lens for collimating the beam of the diode,laser diodes are arranged along a arc.The driving circuit uses DC-DC circuit for generating high voltage and uses gate delay method for generating ultra-short pulses.The experiments show that,the peak power of the pulsed laser module is 1 750 W,optical pulse width is 6ns,pulse interval is 20μs,horizontal divergence angle of the beam is 41.2°and the vertical divergence angle of the beam is0.23°.Thus this module can achieve ranging with large field view and low scanning interval.
