摘要
以SQJ5 0 1Ni在带陶瓷衬垫立向上焊的焊缝韧性为研究对象 ,探讨了焊接热输入、焊接道次与焊缝金属韧性之间的关系。结果表明 :通过采用每层两道的焊接工艺 ,使对接焊缝中心部位全部发生重结晶 ,是焊缝金属低温韧性提高的关键。可保证SQJ5 0 1Ni焊缝金属在 -4 0℃下冲击值大于 3 4J ,满足造船规范对
On the condition of the vertical up welding used flux-cored wire SQJ501Ni with ceramic backing, the relationship among the energy input, bead number and toughness of root weld have been studied. The results showed that the low-temp toughness of weld metal could be improved markedly through the welding method of two beads per layer, so that the recrystallization occurred in the middle zone of weld. The toughness of weld metal for SQJ501Ni could be more than 34J under -40 ℃, and meet the requirement of ship building code for wire with 4Y grade.
