Synthesis and Grafting Efficiency of Polymeric Dyes

摘要 通过对位酯重氮盐与H酸在酸性条件下偶合制备了乙烯砜型红色活性染料。将其接枝到聚乙烯胺上,红外和薄层层析色谱证明成功合成了大分子红色染料。利用紫外可见光谱,通过直接和间接两种方法研究了反应物料配比对大分子红色染料的接枝效率的影响,结果表明当乙烯砜型活性染料与聚乙烯胺中氨基的摩尔比低于0.5时,接枝效率大于90%,当这一配比为1时,接枝效率为65%。通过直接法测定大分子红色染料的接枝量和反应效率较间接法低1%~2%。 Polymeric red dyes were prepared by grafting reaction of polyvinylamine with vinyl sulfone mono-azo reactive red dye which was obtained from diazonium of 4-( ethylsulfurate sulfonyl) aniline and H acid in acid condition. The success of the reaction was confirmed by FT-IR and thin layer chromatography. The influence of charge ratio on the grafting efficiency of the polymeric red dye was studied by direct and indirect methods with UV-vis spectrum,and the results showed that the grafting efficiency was above 90% when the molar ratio of the reactive dye to the amino group of polyvinylamine was below 0. 5,however,the grafting efficiency was 65% when this value was 1. 0. The grafting efficiency determined by direct method lowered 1% ~ 2% compared with the result obtained by indirect method.
