摘要
本文以2,4-二硝基苯肼为衍生试剂,与甲醛生成2,4-二硝基苯腙,用高效液相色谱法对2,4-二硝基苯腙进行测定,换算成甲醛含量,用该方法检测纺织品中甲醛的含量。
2,4- Dinitrobenzenehydrazone was derived from formaldehyde and 2,4- dinitrobenzenehydrazine by condensation. The content of 2,4-dinitrobenzenehydrazone was determined by high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC）,then converted to formaldehyde content. The method could be used to determine content of formaldehyde in textiles.
