改良式腰椎引流装置在颅内感染治疗中的应用

Application of modified continuous lumbar drainage surgery device in the treatment of encephalic infection

目的:探讨改良式腰椎引流装置在颅内感染治疗中的效果。方法:选择颅内感染180例随机分成治疗组和对照组各90例,治疗组利用改良式腰椎引流装置行腰椎持续引流术并鞘内注药治疗,对照组行传统间断腰穿术并鞘内注药治疗,评价两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治愈率为93.3%,病死率为6.7%,与对照组85.6%和14.4%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用改良式腰椎引流装置行腰椎持续引流治疗颅内感染疗效显著,是一种较为理想新的改良技术方法。

Objective：To explore the efficacy of modified lumbar drainage device in the treatment of encephalic infection. Methods： 180 cases of patients with encephalic infection were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 90 patients were applied with continuous drainage surgery by modified lumbar drainage device and inner theca transfusion treatment,while the control group of 90 patients were applied with traditional lumbar centesis combined with inner theca transfusion treatment. Curative effect was then assessed. Results： The cure rate and the case fatality rate in treatment group were 93.3% and6.7%, while in the control group were 85.6% and 14.4%, the differences showed the statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion： There is remarkable curative effect to adopt continuous lumbar drainage surgery device in treatment of encephalic infection, and it is an ideal new modified technique.
