摘要 目的:研究贺州地区宫颈癌中人乳头瘤病毒感染的情况,探讨其在HPV预防性疫苗研制方面的意义。方法:收集2012年元月至2014年3月在我院经病理活检确认为宫颈癌的宫颈分泌物标本87例,采用基因芯片技术进行HPV基因分型。结果:87例样本中共检出75例HPV阳性,总感染率为86.21%;检出16种基因型,其中高危型14种(16,58,52,31,33,35,45,52,56,58,59,68,73,83),低危型2种(42,43)。HPV16为最常见的感染亚型,占69.33%,其次为HPV58,占10.67%,HPV18与HPV52所占比例为8.00%,并列第3位,HPV43占5.33%。结论:高危型HPV16,58,52,18是贺州地区宫颈癌的主要感染亚型,低危型HPV43也可导致宫颈癌的发生。 Objective: To study the prevalence rates of the different HPV types in cervical cancer leisions in Hezhou area, and to explore its significance in prevention of vaccine in HPV. Methods: 87 specimen ofuterus secretion collected from January, 2012 to March, 2014 in our hospital, witch diagnosed by pathology biopsy to confirm for the cervical cancer, were carried out the HPV genotyping by gene chip technology. Results: There were 75 positive cases among 87 samples, the total HPV infection rates was86.21%. 16 genotypes were found, including 14 high-risk types(HPV-16,58,52,31,33,35,45,52,53,58,59,68,73,83), 2 low-risk types(HPV-42,43). HPV-16 was the most frequent type(69.33%), followed by HPV-58(10.67%), HPV-18(8.00%), HPV-52(8.00%), HPV-43(5.33%). Conclusion: HPV-16,58, 52, 18 were the main infection types in Hezhou area. The low risk type HPV-43 can also cause cervical cancer occurrence.
