优质护理在手外伤患者护理中的应用

Application of quality nursing practice in care process of patient with hand trauma

目的:探讨优质护理在手外伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取110例手外伤患者随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组,比较两组患者护理效果。结果:优质护理组对组织领导、护理管理、护理服务、支持保障措施等护理服务质量指标认可明显优于常规护理组,焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)、疼痛(VAS)评分皆明显低于常规护理组,对护理工作满意度(96.36%)明显高于常规护理组(81.82%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对手外伤患者实施优质护理服务,可提高护理服务质量、改善心理状态、降低疼痛程度、提高护理满意度。

Objective： To explore the application effect of quality nursing in care process of patients with hand trauma. Methods： 110 cases of hand trauma patients were randomly divided into conventional nursing group and quality nursing group, compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results： The organization leadership, nursing management, nursing services, support safeguard measures quality of care indicators of quality nursing group were significantly better than that of conventional nursing group. The anxiety（SAS）,depression（SDS）, pain（VAS） scores of quality nursing group were significantly lower than that of conventional nursing group. The nursing job satisfaction of quality nursing group was 96.36%, significantly higher than81.82% of conventional nursing group. The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion：Application of quality nursing for patients with hand trauma may improve the quality of care, improve mental state, reduce pain, improve nursing satisfaction.
