摘要 目的:探讨在母婴同室产妇的产后护理中使用反馈式健康教育的效果。方法:将104例住院分娩且产后母婴同室的产妇分为研究组和对照组,对照组进行常规护理,研究组增加反馈式健康宣教内容,比较两组产妇的产后护理效果。结果:自我护理、婴儿护理的认知水平和操作能力研究组产妇得分均较高,其心理状态、护理服务满意度及母乳喂养情况较好,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在母婴同室产妇产后护理中开展反馈式健康宣教可以有效提高产后护理质量,提高护理满意度。 Objective: To explore the effect of using a feedback health education in post-natal care of mothers rooming. Methods: 104 cases of hospital delivery and postpartum maternal were divided into study group and control group, adopt the conventional nursing in control group, and in addition to the conventional nursing, applied the feedback health education content in study group, compared the postpartum care benefits of the two groups. Results: Scores of self-care, baby care, cognitive level and operational capabilities of study group were higher, their mental state, nursing service satisfaction and breastfeeding situation were better, the difference was statistically significance as comparing with the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion: Using the feedback health education in mothers rooming postpartum care can improve the quality of post-natal care, enhance care satisfaction.
