摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)是以机体低氧、睡眠结构片段化及高碳酸血症为特征的疾病,可诱发难治性高血压的发生,目前尚无较好的临床治疗方案,因此,充分了解其发生机制可为解决这一难题提供新的治疗方向。近年来研究发现交感神经、血管紧张素转化酶多基因形态、氧化应激、血管内皮损伤、炎症等多种途径共同参与了OSAS引起高血压的发生、发展。笔者就OSAS诱发高血压的机制研究做一综述。
Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) shows as hypoxia, sleep fragmentation and hypercapnia, can induce resistant hypertension, but is poor of effective clinical methods. Maybe the mechanism of OSAS will provide new therapy. Many pathways are involved in the occurrence of OSAS inducing hypertension, such as sympathetic nerve, angiotensin converting enzyme gene form, oxidative stress, vascular endothelial injury and inflammatory reaction. The article reviews the research progress of mechanism of OSAS with hypertension.
