肩关节多向不稳术后康复治疗的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肩关节负责连接上肢与躯干,是人体活动范围最大的关节[1]。广义的肩关节包括盂肱关节、胸锁关节、肩锁关节和肩胛胸壁关节等4个关节;狭义的肩关节特指盂肱关节,它由肩胛骨关节盂与肱骨头组成,辅以周围韧带、肌肉结构稳定。由于肱骨头关节面远大于关节盂等静力性不稳定因素及肩袖或肱二头肌长头损伤等动力性不稳定性因素[2],患者的肱骨头在活动时无法维持于中央位而发生有症状的脱位,即为肩关节不稳[3]。肩关节不稳发病率较高,在美国肩关节不稳的年发病率为23.9例每十万人年[4],占所有关节脱位的45%[5]。
