摘要
简单介绍了数值模拟的过程、含义及目的,阐述了发动机机体的数值模拟实验及实际的浇铸实验,指出采用冷铁改变机体关键部位温度梯度的方法,可使冷铁的设计得到优化且模拟得到较好的结果,通过使用数值模拟技术可节省浇铸实验的操作时间及材料、人工等成本。
This paper briefly introduces the process, meaning and target of the numerical simulation, expounds engine block's numerical simulation experiment and the actual casting experiment, and points out that the method for changing the temperature gradient of engine block's key parts with the cold iron can optimize the design of the cold iron and make the simulation get better results, and the use of the numerical simulation technique can save the operating time of the casting experiment and material cost, artificial cost and other costs.
