This paper expounds the generation and development of students＇ association in university library, analyzes the status quo of and existing problems in students＇ cooperation committee of the library of Nantong University, points out that the library and students＇ association must strengthen the benign interaction, and puts forward some strategies for strengthening the benign interaction.
