高校大学生创业平台的现状分析及对策研究

Status Analysis and Countermeasure Research on University Students' Entrepreneurial Platform

大学生创业是当今社会新出现的现象,而高校创业平台是大学生了解创业信息和获取创业资源的主要途径,所以衡量和评判其设计和构建情况并提出使其完善的意见对帮助大学生创业具有重要意义。以"985"高校学生创业平台为对象,从信息发布、教育资源、校企合作、专家指导、专利意识、法律政策、高校合作、项目介绍、特色服务、信息保密10个方面,揭示了高校大学生创业平台的现状,并从普及专利意识、制定政策法规、鼓励高校间合作、加强信息保密工作等方面,提出了若干建议。

University students＇ entrepreneurship is a new phenomenon in today＇s society, and the entrepreneurial platform is an important channel for university students to understand the entrepreneurial information and obtain the entrepreneurial resources, so, measuring and judging its design and construction situation and putting forward suggestions on making it perfect have important significance for helping university students＇ entrepreneurship. Taking the entrepreneurial platform of ＂985＂university students as the study object, this paper reveals the current status of university students＇ entrepreneurial platform from ten aspects of the information issue, educational resources, cooperation between university and enterprise, expert guidance, patent consciousness,legal policy, cooperation among universities, project introduction, characteristic service and information confidentiality, and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of popularizing the patent consciousness, formulating the policies and regulations, encouraging the cooperation among universities, and strengthening the information confidentiality, etc.
