摘要
基于已设计的机械及气动系统,选择西门子公司CPU226 PLC研制装箱系统控制系统,并进行了I/O点分配、PLC外部接线图及程序编程设计,实现了纸箱供送、待装箱产品输送、产品自动化装箱、装箱后自动输送等工作过程的自动控制,具有很高的可靠性和性价比。
This paper introduces that Based on the designed mechanical and pneumatic systems,select Siemens CPU226 PLC control system developed packing system.And the I/O point distribution,PLC external wiring diagram and programming design,implementation carton feeding,and automatic control to be boxed product delivery,product automatic packing,and automatic transmission after packing work process.High reliability and cost effectiveness.
