一种基于直流供电配置的抽油机变频群控系统

摘要 变频调速节能控制技术因其节能、安全、易控制、操作方便等优点,在油田生产领域得到广泛应用。文中针对变频控制技术在油井应用中产生的成本价格高、自身耗电问题、抽油机油井存在倒发电问题以及油井大量变频设备应用产生的谐波污染信号问题,提出了一种直流供电配置的抽油机变频群控系统的技术解决方案,介绍了该系统组成及工作原理、系统功能与特点、现场应用情况以及应用效果综合分析评价。实践证明,该系统技术先进,性价比高,性能优越,具有良好的推广应用价值。 Frequency control energy saving technology because of its advantages of energy saving,safety,easy control,convenient operation,widely used in oilfield production.The harmonic pollution problem according to the generated signal frequency control technology in the application of oil well in high cost price,its power consumption of pumping wells,there is an inverse power and most of wells frequency equipment applications,the pumping unit frequency conversion control system of a DC power supply configuration technology solutions,introduced the system the composition and working principle,function and characteristic of the system,the application conditions and effect evaluation.Practice has proved,the system with advanced technology,high performance price ratio,superior performance,and has good popularization and application values.
