HPLC method for determining naringin in Ketanning mixture

目的：测定咳痰宁合剂中柚皮苷的含量。方法：采用HPLC法,色谱柱：Welch Materials XB-C18柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）,流动相：甲醇-0.8%醋酸溶液（36∶64）,检测波长：283nm,流速：1.0m L/min。结果：柚皮苷在1.01～202μg/m L之间线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率96.5%,RSD=0.4%。结论：本法简便、快速、准确,可用于本制剂的含量测定及质量控制。

Objective： To investigate the high- performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） method for determining naringin in Ketanning mixture. Methods： HPLC was performed on a Welch Materials XB- C18column（4. 6mm ×150mm,5μm） with a mobile phase of methanol- 0. 8% acetic acid solution（ 36： 64） at a wavelength of 283 nm and a flow rate of 1. 0m L / min. Results： Naringin showed a good linear relationship between concentration and peak area within the range of 1. 01- 202μg / m L（ r = 0. 9999）,and the average recovery rate was 96. 5%（ RSD = 0. 4%）.Conclusion： The HPLC method is simple,time- saving,and accurate and can be used for content determination and quality control of this preparation.
