摘要
氧化铁皮缺陷是影响热轧带钢表面质量的重要因素之一。利用电子探针 ,探测了基体不含Cr的热轧带钢表面三次氧化铁皮缺陷处的化学成分 ,根据其中Cr含量的变化规律 ,分析了缺陷的形成原因和过程。
Scale is one of the important factors which affect the surface quality of the hot rolling strip.The chemical composition of the scale,which occurred on the surface of the strip without chromium in the matrix during the finishing rolling process,is detected by the electric probe.The cause and process of the formation of scale is analyzed in terms of the change of chromium content in the scale.
