ICU手高频接触物体表面消毒后目标菌监测结果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解ICU手高频接触物体表面消毒2 h后目标菌鲍曼不动杆菌存在情况,查找物体表面消毒过程中的薄弱环节,提出控制措施。方法运用拭子培养或琼脂直接接触培养(RODCA)方法,对手高频接触物体表面消毒效果进行监测。结果共采集标本83份,合格56份,合格率67.47%;监测出目标菌鲍曼不动杆菌2株,1株存在于治疗车上,1株存在于医生办公室门把手上,2株均为泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌,与某出院患者痰液中检出的泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌有相同的抗菌谱。结论应加强医务人员手卫生管理,手频繁接触的物体表面应增加消毒频次。 Objective To understand the situation of target bacterium Acinetobacter baumannii after 2 h of disinfection for hand high frequency contact surface in ICU,so as to find out the weak link in the process of object table disinfection,and to put forward control measures for reducing or avoiding nosocomial infection.Methods Using swab cultivation or direct contact with the AGAR(RODCA) to monitor disinfection effect of high frequency contact surface.Results In total of 83 samples 56 samples were qualified with the qualified rate of 67.47%.Two strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were detected and one strain existed in the treatment vehicle,while the other one existed on the door handle in doctor's office.The two strains were pan- drug resistant strains of Acinetobacter baumannii,with the same antibacterial spectrum as pan-drug resistant strains of Acinetobacter baumanniiisolated from sputum of some patient discharge from this hospital.Conclusion The hand hygiene management of medical staff should be strengthened,and the disinfection frequency of hand frequently contact surfaces should be increased.
