摘要
本文采用多层线性模型(n=920)与访谈(n=10)探讨大学英语教师自我概念形成的心理机制。结果发现各高校教师自我概念的平均水平(同伴水平)对教师个体自我概念的获得具有一定的负向效应,从而验证了大鱼小池效应在教师自我概念形成过程中的作用。
This study explores the psychological mechanism of college English teachers' self- concept by using multilevel modeling( n = 920) and interview( n = 10). The results show that teachers have lower self- concept in higher- ability colleges than in lower- ability colleges- the big- fish- little-pond effect( BFLPE).
