清热养阴除湿汤治疗痛风急性期的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Qingre Yangyin Chushi Decoction in the Treatment of Gout of Acute Stage

目的分析清热养阴除湿汤治疗痛风急性期的临床效果。方法对72例痛风急性期患者进行分组,每组36例,对照组患者治疗采用秋水仙碱,治疗组患者治疗采用清热养阴除湿汤。结果治疗组总有效率为94.4%高于对照组总有效率为75%,治疗后血尿酸及VAS评分明显低于对照组,治疗组未出现不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率13.9%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论清热养阴除湿汤治疗痛风急性期效果显著,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qingre Yangyin Chushi decoction in the treatment of gout of acute stage.Methods 72 patients with gout of acute stage were divided into two groups, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with colchicines. The treatment group was treated by Yangyin Qingre Chushi decoction. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4% which was higher than 75% of the control group. After treatment, blood uric acid and VAS score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the treatment group did not appear adverse reactions. In the control group, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 13.9 %, and the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingre Yangyin Chushi decoction in the treatment of acute gout has significant effect and high safety.
