百合固金汤联合化疗治疗肺结核临床观察

Clinical Observation of Baihe Gujin Decoction combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的观察百合固金汤加减联合化疗治疗肺结核临床疗效。方法随机将120例肺结核患者根据病情、性别、年龄的等因素分为对照组（60例）和观察组（60例）。对照组患者根据病程分为初治方案和复治方案,初治按照2HRZE/4HR方案进行,复治按照2HRZSE/5HRE方案进行,观察组在对照组基础上给予百合固金汤加减,治疗周期6-8个月。分别观察2组患者X线改变及痰结合分支杆菌转阴情况,进行疗效评价。结果与对照组比较,经百合固金汤治疗后,观察组患者病灶吸收总有效率,痰结核分枝杆菌转阴率以及空洞闭合总有效率明显升高（P〈0.05）。结论百合固金汤加减联合化疗治疗肺结核临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of pul-monary tuberculosis. Methods 120 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were divided randomly into control group（ n=60） and observation group（n=60）. Patients in the control group were divided into initial treatment plan and retreatment plan according to the course of disease, with initial treatment according to the 2HRZE/4HR program and retreatment according to the 2HRZSE/5HRE pro-gram. The observation group received Baihe Gujing decoction on the basis of the control group. Treatment period was 6-8 months.The X-ray changes and sputum Mycobacterium negative were observed, and the curative effect was evaluated. Results Comparing with the control group, the total effective rate, mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum negative conversion rate and the total efficiency of cavity closure of the observation group significantly increased（ P〈0.05） after treatment with Baihe Gujin decoction. Conclusion Baihe Gujin decoction combined with chemotherapy can effective treat pulmonary tuberculosis. It is worthy of popularization and ap-plication.
