中西医结合治疗早期浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Early Plasma Cell Mastitis

目的探讨早期浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的临床中西医结合治疗疗效。方法选取2013年10月—2015年10月我院收治的早期浆细胞性乳腺炎患者120例,按照随机数表法分为A组、B组,A组患者行激素、抗菌药及手术处理,B组患者在A组患者的治疗基础上采取中药清热解毒治疗,观察2组患者的临床疗效。结果 B组患者复发率显著低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(50.0%vs 68.3%,P<0.05);B组患者治疗效果显著优于A组,差异具有统计学意义(75.0%vs 55.0%,P<0.05);治疗后两组患者炎症指标CRP、PCT均出现下降,且B组显著低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(121±8.2 mg/d L vs 154±14.3mg/d L,0.4±0.1 ng/m L vs 0.7±0.1 ng/m L,P<0.05)。结论早期浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的临床中西医结合治疗可显著提高疗效,减少复发,值得广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrated medicine in the treatment of early plasma cell mastitis.Methods Selecting 120 patients with early plasma cell mastitisin in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015, they were di-vided into group A and group B according to the random number table method. Group A was treated with hormone and antibacterial drugs and surgical treatment. Group B took Qingre Jiedu Chinese medicine treatment on the basis for the therapy of group A. The clinical effect of the two groups was observed. Results The recurrence rate of group B was significantly lower than that of group A,and the difference was statistical significant（50.0%vs68.3%, P〈0.05）. Therapeutic effect of group B was significantly better than that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant（75.0 %vs55.0%, P〈0.05）. After treatment, CRP and PCT of two groups were reduced, and Group B was significantly lower than group A, and the difference was statistical significant（121 ±8.2mg/d Lvs154±14.3mg/dL, 0.4±0.1ng/mLvs0.7±0.1ng/mL, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of early plasma cell mastitis can significantly improve the curative effect, reduce the recurrence, and is worthy of popularization.
