穴位热敷治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Acupoint Hot Compress in the Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

目的分析穴位热敷用于慢性疲劳综合征的临床效果,探寻其应用价值。方法收集我院2014年6月—2016年1月收治的80例慢性疲劳综合征病例,采取随机简单数字表法,将研究病例随机分为2组,即观察组和对照组,每组患者40例。观察组患者采取穴位热敷治疗,对照组患者口服六味地黄丸,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者的治疗效果对比,观察组患者优势明显,其差异存在着统计学意义（χ^2=6.499,P=0.039）;在治疗期间,2组患者未出现严重不良事件。结论穴位热敷治疗慢性疲劳综合征效果明显,可有效改善疲劳症状,具有明显优势。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint hot compress in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome, and to ex-plore the application value. Methods Choosing 80 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome in our hospital from June 2014 to January2016, they were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by acupoint hot compress. The control group was given Liuwei Dihuang pills. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results The total efficacy of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference（ χ^2=6.499, P =0.039）.Conclusion The acupoint hot compress therapy in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome has significant effect, can effectively im-prove the fatigue symptoms, and has obvious advantages.
