神阙穴贴敷联合黄体酮注射液对肾虚型早期先兆流产的护理干预

Nursing Intervention of Shenque(CV 8) Point Sticking combined with Progesterone Injection on Patients with Kidney Deficiency Type Early Threatened Abortion

目的分析探讨护理干预措施在中药神阙穴贴敷联合黄体酮治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2015年12月期间我院收治的肾虚型流产患者74例,按照随机数字表法分成两组,对照组37例,予以黄体酮治疗和常规护理,研究组37例,予以中药神阙穴贴敷联合黄体酮对患者进行治疗,并予以护理干预。对比两组患者的阴道出血、腰痛、腹痛症状的消失时间以及临床疗效。结果研究组患者阴道出血、腰痛、腹痛症状消失时间均明显低于对照组,组间对比具有显著性差异(P<0.05);同时,研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间对比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在对早期先兆流产患者进行治疗时,采用中药神阙穴贴敷联合黄体酮对患者进行治疗,并予以相应的护理干预,可有效促进临床疗效的提升,及时缓解患者的临床症状,具有良好的临床实用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing intervention measures of Shenque（CV 8） point sticking combined with progesterone injection on patients with kidney deficiency type early threatened abortion. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital, 74 cases kidney deficiency type abortion patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 37 cases was given progestin therapy and routine nursing care. The study group of 37 cases was given Chinese medicine Shenque（CV 8） point sticking combined with progestin treatment and nursing intervention. The vaginal bleeding, flank pain, abdominal pain symptoms disappear time and clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results The vaginal bleeding, lumbar pain, abdominal pain symptoms disappear time of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and there was significant difference between groups（ P〈0.05）. At the same time, the clinical total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenque（ CV 8） point sticking combined with progesterone injection on patients with kidney deficiency type early threatened abortion and the corresponding nursing intervention can effectively promote the clinical curative effect of ascension, alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients in time, and has good clinical practical value.
