摘要 目的区分生姜,干姜,炮姜,生姜皮性味,归经,功效,主治证的异同。阐述其不同之处,以便中医临床,调剂,制剂更好的应用。方法通过查阅相关文献资料,汇总方剂学中姜在大部分经典方剂组成,功效,主治证及相关方解。梳理其相互关系。结论姜在中药方剂学中应用广泛,常以生姜,干姜,炮姜,生姜皮出现在方剂学中。它们虽是同一药物不同制剂,但是性味,归经,功效,主治证却有不同。应对症用药,不可混同。 Objective To distinguish the flavor, channel tropism, efficacy and attending syndrome of fresh ginger, dried ginger, baked ginger and ginger skin. The difference was described for the better application on traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine, dispensing and preparation. Methods Through the review of relevant literatures, the ginger in the most classical prescriptions in pharmacology, efficacy, attending certificate and the relevant solutions were summarized. The relationship was sorted out. Conclusion The ginger was widely used in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology, often with fresh ginger, dried ginger, baked ginger and ginger skin appearing in pharmacology. They are the same drug and different preparations, but flavor, channel tropism, efficacy and attending syndrome are different. They should be used for corresponding syndrome, and cannot be mixed.
