胰岛素泵在老年糖尿病合并肺炎治疗中的疗效分析

Effects of Insulin Pump in the Treatment of Pneumonia in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨胰岛素泵在老年糖尿病合并肺炎治疗中的疗效。方法选取2011年2月—2015年8月收治的198例老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者,随机分成两组各99例,对照组给予常规多次皮下注射胰岛素,观察组给予胰岛素泵,比较治愈率和住院时间。结果观察组治愈率为96.9%,住院时间为(7.9±2.3)d,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵在老年糖尿病合并肺炎治疗中的疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of insulin pump in the treatment of pneumonia in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Select from February 2011 to 2015 August 198 cases of senile diabetes mellitus complicated with pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 99 cases. The control group was given conventional multiple subcutaneous insulin injection, the observation group given insulin pump. The cure rate and duration of hospitalization.Results The cure rate of observation group was 96.9%, hospitalization time was（7.9±2.3） d, were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of insulin pump in the treatment of pneumonia in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and satisfaction.
