正畸治疗对糖尿病合并牙周病患者牙周状况及血糖水平的影响

Effect of Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Periodontal Disease Periodontal Status and Blood Glucose Levels in Orthodontic Treatment

目的观察正畸治疗对糖尿病合并牙周患者牙周状况及血糖水平的影响。方法选取2013年10月—2015年6月期间该院收治的糖尿病合并牙周病患者56例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各28例,两组均给予常规牙周治疗,牙周组织炎症消除后观察组实施正畸治疗。观察治疗后两组牙周袋深度、牙齿松动程度、牙槽骨吸收程度、操诊出血面与深度以及血糖水平,并进行比较分析。结果观察组牙齿松动程度、牙袋深度、牙槽骨吸收度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组操诊深度、操诊出血面、糖化血红蛋白指标均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸治疗糖尿病合并牙周效果显著,使患者咀嚼功能基本恢复,生活质量得到改善,并在一定程度上改善血糖水平,有效缓解糖尿病症状。

Objective To observe the effect of orthodontic treatment week status and blood glucose levels in diabetic patients with periodontal teeth. Methods During October 2013-2015 year in June in our hospital were diabetic patients with periodontal disease in 56 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 28 cases each, two groups were given routine periodontal treatment. Periodontal tissue inflammation eliminated after orthodontic treatment. Observation group of two groups were observed after treatment of periodontal pocket depth, loose teeth, alveolar bone resorption, operating surface and depth as well as blood glucose levels in diagnosis of hemorrhage, and comparative analysis. Results In the observation group, loose teeth, periodontal pocket depth, alveolar bone resorption degree than the control group, significant difference（P〈0.05）; observation group operation diagnosis depth, operation bleeding, hemoglobin index were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The orthodontic treatment of diabetic patients with periodontal effect, make the patient Masticatory function was restored, improved quality of life, and improve blood sugar levels in a certain extent, effectively alleviate the symptoms of diabetes.
