创伤骨折伴糖尿病患者围手术期护理

Traumatic Fractures with Diabetes Perioperative Nursing

目的对创伤性骨折伴糖尿病患者在围手术期的临床护理效果进行观察分析。方法选取2013年3月—2016年3月于该院就诊的30例创伤骨折伴糖尿病患者作为研究对象,从术前、术后进行全面护理干预,术前护理包括心理干预、血糖控制等,术后护理包括饮食护理、并发症预防、骨折局部护理以及康复护理等,观察30例患者术后愈合、感染及并发症发生情况。结果 30例患者血糖控制情况均较好,以正常的血糖水平顺利度过围手术期,未发生伤口化脓性感染及并发症。结论创伤性骨折伴糖尿病患者围手术期的护理工作应全面化、系统化地展开,根据患者病情变化及时调整护理及治疗措施,进而保障患者的生命安全。

Objective The purpose of traumatic fractures associated with diabetes in clinical nursing effect of perioperative observation analysis. Methods Selection in March 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital patients with diabetes with 30 cases of traumatic fracture as the research object, from the preoperative and postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention,preoperative nursing, including psychological intervention, such as blood sugar control, and postoperative nursing care including diet, complications, prevention, local nursing and rehabilitation nursing, observation of 30 cases of patients with postoperative healing, infection and complications. Results Also better blood sugar control, and 30 patients with normal blood glucose levels through perioperative, pyogenic infection and wound complications occurred. Conclusion Traumatic fracture patients with diabetes with perioperative nursing work should be a comprehensive, systematic, adjust nursing and treatment measures according to patients condition change in time, to ensure life safety of patients.
