老年脑出血合并糖尿病患者进行细节护理干预的疗效

Elderly Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients with Diabetes Mellitus in Detail the Effect of Nursing Intervention

目的观察对老年脑出血合并糖尿病患者进行细节护理干预的临床疗效。方法选择该院收治的30例老年脑出血合并糖尿病患者作为观察对象,收治时间为2012年8月—2015年8月,将其分成两组,对照组15例采用一般护理,实验组15例采用细节护理干预,观察两组老年脑出血合并糖尿病患者生活质量评分、舒适度评分及疼痛评分。结果对照组与实验组老年脑出血合并糖尿病患者之间对比的生活质量评分、舒适度评分及疼痛评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年脑出血合并糖尿病患者进行细节护理干预的疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the elderly cerebral hemorrhage patients with diabetes mellitus in detail the clinical curative effect of nursing intervention. Methods Our hospital of 30 cases of senile cerebral hemorrhage patients with diabetes mellitus as research object, the treated time was in August 2012 to August 2015, it is divided into two groups, control group of 15 patients with general nursing, nursing intervention group of 15 patients with detail, observe two groups of elderly cerebral hemorrhage patients with diabetes mellitus living quality grade, comfort and pain scores. Results Control group and experimental group contrast between elderly cerebral hemorrhage patients with diabetes mellitus on the quality of life of a grade, comfort and pain scores were significantly different（P〈0.05）, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion In elderly cerebral hemorrhage patients with diabetes mellitus in detail the effect of nursing intervention, worth clinical promotion.
