Dynamic Blood Sugar Monitoring in Medium and Late Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Care and Application Experience

目的总结动态血糖监测在中、晚期妊娠糖尿病孕妇中的护理及应用体会。方法择取该院2013年10月—2015年10月收治的中、晚期妊娠糖尿病孕妇50例设置为该次的观察对象,按照随机数字表法进行分组,共分为常规组与实验组两组,每组患者各占据25例。对这两组患者分别给予一般护理与综合性的护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者不同时间段的血糖水平、血糖控制时间、住院时间等均明显优于常规组,P<0.05。结论对中、晚期妊娠糖尿病孕妇而言,给予综合性的护理干预利于有效控制血糖水平,改善预后,值得推荐采纳。

Objective To summarize the dynamic blood sugar monitoring in medium and late pregnant women with gestational diabetes care and application experience. Methods Will pick from October 2013- in October 2015, the late 50 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes is set as the observation object, into groups according to random number table method, which is divided into normal group and experimental group two groups, each group of patients account for 25 cases.Of the two groups of patients were given general nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention, compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results The experimental group patients with different period of blood glucose levels, blood sugar control time, length of hospital stay were significantly better than the conventional group, P0.05. Conclusion For medium and late pregnant women with gestational diabetes, gives the comprehensive nursing intervention for effective control of blood sugar level, improve the prognosis, recommended to adopt.
