老年腰椎管狭窄症患者并糖尿病围手术期的护理研究

Nursing Research Lumbar Spinal Canal Stenosis in Elderly Patients with Diabetes and Perioperative

目的探讨老年腰椎管狭窄症患者并糖尿病围手术期的护理效果。方法选取该院骨外科在2014年12月—2015年7月期间收治的88例老年腰椎管狭窄症并糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组44例,对比两组患者不同临床护理效果。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组餐后2 h血糖值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年腰椎管狭窄症患者并糖尿病围手术期综合护理的应用,效果显著,应该加强临床推广与应用。

Objective In elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis and diabetes care around the effect of the surgery.Methods Our hospital respiratory department in December 2014- admitted in July 2015 during the 88 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis in elderly and diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, n = 44 cases, compared two groups of patients with different clinical care effect. Results Observation group total effective rate was significantly higher（P〈0.05）; the observation group was significantly higher satisfaction with care（P〈0.05）; the observation group 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis and diabetes perioperative comprehensive care applications, the effect is significant, and should strengthen the clinical application.
