摘要
BIM作为建筑行业信息化发展方向,它已经开始改变了我们获取信息、设计协同、施工协调的方式。设计、施工、运维等相关管理人员可以通过采用BIM方法与其他专业工程进行设计协同及施工过程协调,最终完成工程项目。论文旨在通过分析BIM国内外背景及近年我国建筑行业对BIM的成功应用案例,找出BIM在我国大中型建筑企业发展过程中面临的问题和适用的应用模式。
BIM, as an information development trend in construction industry, has started to change our ways of obtaining information, making construction collaboration, and coordinating construction. With BIM, those who are responsible for design, construction, and operation and maintenance will coordinate with other professional engineering personnel to complete the whole construction project. This paper aims at finding out the problems and its proper application model for large and medium-sized company in China by analyzing the BIM background at home and abroad and the successful application cases in China＇s construction industry in recent years.
