餐时和非餐时胰高血糖素样肽1受体激动剂的药理特点及临床应用 被引量：6

摘要 胰高血糖素样肽1（GLP-1）受体激动剂（RA）是一类新型的肠促胰素类降糖药，通过皮下注射给药，可部分纠正2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的GLP-1缺乏，以葡萄糖浓度依赖的方式刺激胰岛素分泌，减少胰高血糖素分泌，延迟胃排空，增加饱腹感，减少食物摄入。
