摘要 结合北京燕房线04标地铁模块化施工,总结传统墩柱施工的不足之处,详细介绍墩柱钢筋模块化施工的优势及其关键技术环节:墩柱钢筋笼的模块化加工、运输、吊装加固、墩柱合模、混凝土养护。通过模块化施工,使单个墩柱钢筋笼在现场的施工工期缩短至3 d,综合费用节约16.7%,实现了经济、进度、社会效益的提高。工程实践表明,模块化施工能够有效缩短工期,降低工程成本,提高工程质量,是今后建筑施工工业化的发展方向之一。 Based on the 04th section of Beijing Yanfang line subway modular construction, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the traditional pier column construction and introduces the construction technology of pier column reinforced bar in details which mainly includes processing, transporting, hoisting and fixing reinforcement cage, matched mould of pier column, pouring and curing concrete of pier column integrally. By modular construction, a pier of reinforcing cage construction period can be reduced to 3 days, generally saving reducing 16.7% of the costs. The engineering practice indicates that modular construction can effectively shorten the construction period, reduce project cost and inlprove the quality of the project; it can atso achieve good results in the practical application, and will be one of the developing trends of construction industrialization in the future.
