60例糖尿病足感染患者临床及病原菌分析

Analysis of Clinical Method and Pathogenic Bacteria of 60 Cases with Diabetic Foot Infection

目的目的分析糖尿病足感染患者的临床治疗方法,研究其病原菌情况。方法选取该院在2014年6月—2015年8月收治的60例糖尿病足感染者作为研究对象,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结患者糖尿病足感染的临床治疗方法,并分析患者病原菌的相关情况。结果通过有效的治疗,本研究60例糖尿病足患者等临床症状均得到好转,共培养出病原菌52株,病原菌主要以革兰氏阳性菌为主,同时也有革兰氏阴性菌和白色念球菌。结论临床上对于糖尿病毒感染者,其感染的病原菌主要为革兰氏阳性菌,对患者进行有针对性的治疗能够促进患者的恢复。

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment method of patients with diabetic foot infection and research their pathogenic bacteria. Methods 60 cases of patients with diabetic foot infection admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects,and the clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed,the clinical treatment methods of patients were summarized and the relevant conditions of pathogenic bacteria of patients were analyzed. Results After effective treatment,the clinical symptoms of 60 cases of patients with diabetic foot infection in the research were improved,52 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured in total,and the pathogenic bacteria were mainly gram-positive bacteria,and included gram-negative bacteria and candida albicans at the same time. Conclusion For patients with diabetes virus infection in clinic,the infected pathogenic bacteria were mainly gram-positive bacteria,and the targeted treatment can promote the recovery of patients.
