二甲双胍治疗糖尿病高血脂的临床疗效观察

目的分析二甲双胍治疗糖尿病高血脂的临床疗效。方法择取该院2012年5月—2015年5月收治的糖尿病高血脂患者60例纳入该次实验研究,按照信封随机分组的方法分为每组患者均占据30例的常规组与实验组,对实验组患者给予适量的二甲双胍进行治疗,对常规组患者不给予二甲双胍进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗前:两组患者的空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、血脂水平差异无统计意义(P>0.05);治疗后:两组患者的上述指标均获得了一定程度的改善,且实验组的空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、血脂水平改善程度更显著(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病高血脂患者给予二甲双胍的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者各项临床症状,改善患者血糖与血脂水平,值得在今后的临床工作中推荐采纳。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of metformin treatment of diabetes,hyperlipidemia. Method Will pick from May 2012- May 2015 were 60 patients with diabetes,hyperlipidemia in this experimental study,in accordance with the method of envelope randomized divided into each group patients were 30 cases of normal group and experimental group,the experimental group patients were given the right amount of metformin treatment,don＇t give in patients with normal group metformin treatment,compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect. Results Before the treatment,two groups of the patient＇s level of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose level and blood lipid levels were no obvious difference（ P〉0.05）; Patients after treatment,two groups of the indexes obtained a certain degree of improvement,and fasting blood glucose levels in the experimental group,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels,improved blood lipid level is more significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gives the application of metformin in patients with diabetes,hyperlipidemia effect significantly,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,blood sugar and lipid levels,improve patients is recommended to adopt in the future clinical work.
