莫沙比利治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱的疗效分析

Moser Billy Treatment Curative Effect Analysis of Diabetic Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

目的分析探讨莫沙比利治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱的疗效。方法把100例糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱的患者作为研究对象,这100例患者均为我院收治,收治时间在2012年1月21日—2016年1月21日期间,使用信封抽取法进行分组,分成实验组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组给予维生素B1治疗,实验组给予莫沙比利治疗,并在治疗结束后,对比分析两组的治疗总有效率和不良反应率。结果实验组的治疗总有效率和不良反应率分别为96.00%和2.00%,对照组的治疗总有效率和不良反应率分别为78.00%和12.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论莫沙比利治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱具有较好的疗效,可明显提高患者的治疗效率,且用药安全性较高,值得在临床中应用和推广。

Objective To analyze the mo sand Billy the curative effect of treatment of diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods 100 patients with diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction as the research object,the 100 patients of our hospital,treating time on January 21,2012 to January 21,2016,using the envelope extraction method for grouping,divided into experimental group（ 50 cases） and control group（ 50 cases） and control group given vitamin B1 treatment,the experimental group give moser Billy treatment,and after the treatment,compared two groups of treatment of total effective rate and the rate of adverse reactions.Results Treatment group total effective rate and adverse reaction rate were 96.00% and 2.00% respectively,and the control group total effective rate and adverse reaction rate were 78.00% and 12.00% respectively,the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Moser Billy diabetes gastrointestinal dysfunction has good curative effect,can obviously improve the efficiency of patient care,and medical security is higher,is worth in the clinical application and popularization.
