替罗非班联合PCI治疗急性冠脉综合征并糖尿病患者的疗效

Efficacy of Combination Therapy with PCI in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome and Diabetes

目的探讨替罗非班联合PCI治疗急性冠脉综合征并糖尿病患者的疗效。方法选取2011年6月—2015年10月收治的174例急性冠脉综合征并糖尿病患者,随机分成对照组(基础治疗加PCI)和观察组(加服替罗非班)各87例,比较MACE和不良反应发生率。结果观察组MACE发生率为4.5%,对照组为22.9%(P<0.05),对照组不良反应发生率为5.7%,观察组为4.6%(P>0.05)。结论替罗非班联合PCI治疗急性冠脉综合征并糖尿病患者的疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of PCI in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods Selected from June 2011 to 2015 October 174 cases of acute coronary syndrome and diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group（ basic treatment plus PCI） and observation group（ plus service tirofiban）,87 cases,mace and adverse reaction incidence.Results The incidence of MACE in the observation group was 4.5%,and the control group was 22.9%（ P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 5. 7%,and the observation group was 4.6%（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion Efficacy of combination therapy with PCI in patients with acute coronary syndrome and diabetes mellitus.
